What does the setup fee cover?

The 5–7 days of work it takes to ship your agent live: kickoff call, agent build, knowledge base build, CRM setup, per-tech routing config, our QA, your UAT, and the cutover. You don't touch a console. That's what the setup fee buys.

How do included minutes work?

Every conversation between the agent and a caller is metered in minutes, rounded up to the nearest 6 seconds. 750 minutes on Starter is roughly 250–375 calls a month at the typical 2–3 minute handle time. You'll see live usage in the dashboard.

What happens if I go over my included minutes?

Overage rates are published on each tier and billed monthly. We'll alert you at 75%, 90%, and 100% so you can upgrade before it bites. Or stay on tier and pay overage. Most shops find the math still works either way.

How does the 12-month term work?

Sign a 12-month term at signup and the setup fee is waived under the founding promotion. You pay only the monthly. At month 12, you're free to cancel, renew, or change tiers — no auto-rollover.

What if I want month-to-month instead?

Pay the published setup fee upfront and you're month-to-month from day one. No commitment. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

What happens if I break the 12-month term early?

The setup fee for your tier is charged at cancellation. You don't owe the rest of the term — just the setup. That's the breach clause.

What's the 90-day money-back guarantee?

If your phone-channel revenue doesn't move up in the first 90 days, full refund of every dollar you paid us — monthly fees plus setup fee if you paid one. We measure against your CRM data: calls answered before vs. after, bookings closed before vs. after. No clawbacks, no fine print.

If you're on a 12-month term and invoke the 90-day guarantee, you walk away clean — no setup fee owed, the term ends, and you get any monthly fees back.

Why a setup fee at all?

Because self-serve doesn't work for this product. We do the build upfront — knowledge base, per-tech routing, drive-time config, CRM wiring, QA — so the system actually delivers from day one. The setup fee covers the human time. If you commit to 12 months, we waive it. If you don't, you pay it because we don't want to do the build only to lose you at month 2.

Can I try it before committing?

What's not included that I should budget for?

Three things: (1) Your existing CRM or FSM subscription if you're keeping one (Starter / Growth / Pro include GoHighLevel; Enterprise integrates with your existing FSM). (2) A2P 10DLC SMS registration fees ($4 brand + $10 per campaign, one-time, paid to carriers). (3) Per-message SMS costs if you send transactional SMS — typically $5–15/mo. Everything else is the monthly + setup. No surprise charges.

Why is founding pricing locked?

The first 20 paying customers lock their pricing at signup, forever, as long as they stay on the same tier. Rates will rise for new signups as we add features (Pro in particular is likely to move to $2,497–$2,997 within 12 months). Founding customers are protected from that.

What if my needs change?

Upgrade or downgrade with one month's notice. Included minutes are the main reason to move tiers. We'll flag proactively if your usage suggests a different tier would save you money. Setup fee is not re-charged on upgrade.
