SMS Opt-In Policy
Effective 2026-05-01. Required carrier disclosure for A2P 10DLC compliance.
Consent to receive SMS messages
By providing your phone number to TrueDial Company LLC ("TrueDial") through our website forms, scheduled appointments, or by initiating contact with one of our AI agents, you consent to receive SMS messages from TrueDial and from operators who use our Services to communicate with you regarding scheduled service appointments, reminders, and related transactional communications.
Message types you may receive
Transactional SMS (most common): appointment confirmations sent within 60 seconds of booking, 24-hour reminders, en-route notifications when a tech is dispatched, and post-service follow-up. These are sent only after you've explicitly engaged with a service provider through TrueDial.
Marketing SMS (less common): only sent if a TrueDial-operator customer has obtained your separate marketing consent through their own enrollment process. You may opt out of marketing SMS independently from transactional SMS.
Frequency
Message frequency varies by your service appointment activity. Typical transactional usage: 2-4 messages per scheduled service appointment.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your wireless carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any TrueDial SMS message to opt out of all future SMS communications from that operator. Reply HELP for assistance. You will receive a single confirmation message after opting out, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.
Carrier compliance
TrueDial's SMS infrastructure is A2P 10DLC registered with all major US wireless carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, US Cellular, and others). Each operator using our Services maintains their own registered A2P 10DLC brand and campaign under their EIN, with sample messaging reviewed and approved by carrier compliance.
Carriers are not liable
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
